Shipping
Most orders made before 12 pm PT Monday-Friday (except holidays) are processed and shipped out same-day. During high volume, it may take 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. If a product description indicates that the item will take longer to fulfill, the item description's shipping policy applies.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all paddle purchases for the lower United States for orders of $50 or more. Additional charges may apply for PO Boxes. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed.
Express shipping may be purchased for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We service customers from all over the world! However, the buyer will need to pay for shipping as well as duties, taxes, and customs fees. Spartus is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees related to international shipping.
Please note that "USPS First Class International Mail" is the name of the service USPS uses for their basic level international shipping where they hand off the package to a local courier once the package is in your country. After the handoff occurs, USPS usually will stop updating the tracking status. We recommend using DHL Worldwide for international orders.
Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the shipping courier.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please wait an additional 1-2 business days as some carriers accidentally mark the package as delivered early. Please also check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. If your package is still missing, please contact the mail courier directly. We do not have access to any information from couriers beyond what is shown on the tracking website.
Spartus is not responsible for missing orders that were shipped out to the address provided by the customer on the order page, including:
- Orders sent to an address the customer mistakenly used
- Unclaimed or refused orders
- Stolen and/or missing packages when the carrier confirms the order was delivered
We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Returns
Customers will have 30 calendar days from the day the shipping company marks the order as delivered to return orders. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging including the handle plastic wrap. All accessories must also be included and new/unused. Items not in resalable condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the items are received and evaluated.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items will be marked off as such in their descriptions.

Warranty
Purchased Spartus paddles are backed by a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects from purchase date. Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and not transferable.
Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., grip wearing out, scratches, worn edgeguard, graphics fading, chip damage, grit wearing out, etc.)
- Abuse and/or negligence
- Hitting objects other than the pickleball
- Grit variation
- Parts that have been modified
- Purchases from unauthorized dealers
- Individuals who aren't the original purchaser
- Lack of proof of purchase
- Final sale items, giveaways, used items, demo units, factory seconds, or items otherwise marked in the product description as ineligible for warranty
Spartus reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty. Each purchased paddle covered by warranty is eligible for a single replacement under this policy.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@gospartus.com with the following information and we will reach out to you within two business days with next steps.
- Proof of purchase with order number and order date shown
- Reason for warranty claim
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., pictures, etc.)
Product information
We recommend carefully using a paddle eraser or a damp cloth to clean the face of our paddles, including the Apollo.

We do not support custom weight requests for our orders.
