Shipping

Most orders made before 12 pm PT Monday-Friday (except holidays) are processed and shipped out same-day.

Apollo preorder shipping schedules are posted on the Apollo product page. Please check the Apollo product description to see when your preorder will ship.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) on all paddle purchases for the domestic United States. Additional charges may apply for PO Boxes.

Express shipping may be purchased for an additional fee.

Orders, including express orders, made after 12 pm PT will be shipped out the following business day.

International Shipping

We service customers from all over the world! However, the buyer will need to pay for shipping as well as duties, taxes, and customs fees. Spartus is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees related to international shipping.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please wait an additional 1-2 business days as some carriers accidentally mark the package as delivered early. Please also check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. If your package is still missing, please contact the mail courier directly. We can provide you with a copy of your shipping label.

Spartus is not responsible for missing orders that were shipped out to the address provided by the customer on the order page, including:

  • Orders sent to an address the customer mistakenly used
  • Unclaimed or refused orders
  • Stolen and/or missing packages when the carrier confirms the order was delivered

We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Returns

Customers will have 30 calendar days from the day the shipping company marks the order as delivered to return orders. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging including the handle plastic wrap. All accessories must also be included and new/unused. Items not in resalable condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the items are received and evaluated.

Paddles that were not brand new when purchased are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanged. These paddles will be marked off as such in their descriptions.

Warranty

Spartus paddles are backed by a 90 day warranty against manufacturer's defects from purchase date. Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and not transferable.

Please note that the warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., grip wearing out, scratches, worn edgeguard, graphics fading, chip damage, etc.)
  • Abuse and/or negligence
  • Hitting objects other than the pickleball
  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers
  • Individuals who aren't the original purchaser
  • Lack of proof of purchase
  • Paddles that were bought used

Spartus reserves the right to determine whether a paddle is covered under our warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please email us at support@gospartus.com with the following information and we will reach out to you within two business days with next steps.

  • Proof of purchase with order number and order date shown
  • Reason for warranty claim
  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., pictures, etc.)
