International Shipping

We service customers from all over the world! However, the buyer will need to pay for shipping as well as duties, taxes, and customs fees. Spartus is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees related to international shipping.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but still missing, please wait an additional 1-2 business days as some carriers accidentally mark the package as delivered early. Please also check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding. If your package is still missing, please contact the mail courier directly. We do not have access to any information from couriers beyond what is shown on the tracking website.

Spartus is not responsible for missing orders that were shipped out to the address provided by the customer on the order page, including:

  • Orders sent to an address the customer mistakenly used
  • Unclaimed or refused orders
  • Stolen and/or missing packages when the carrier confirms the order was delivered

We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Returns

Customers will have 30 calendar days from the day the shipping company marks the order as delivered to return orders. All items must be new/unused and contain all original packaging including the handle plastic wrap. All accessories must also be included and new/unused. Items not in resalable condition will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any items that are determined to be unacceptable will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A refund will be issued within 10 business days after the items are received and evaluated.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items will be marked off as such in their descriptions.

Please email support@gospartus.com to open a return.

  • Purchases from unauthorized dealers
  • Individuals who aren't the original purchaser
  • Lack of proof of purchase
  • Final sale items, used items, demo units, or items otherwise marked in the product description as ineligible for warranty

Product information

We recommend carefully using a paddle eraser or a damp cloth to clean the face of our paddles, including the Apollo.

We offer a 15% military, first responders, government, and teachers discount. Please click on the GovX button in the checkout or shopping cart to verify your ID to activate this discount.

If you experience vibrations on the Apollo, please either remove the rubberband on the throat or move it lower so that it is perfectly flush with the handle.

The rubberband on the Apollo is stiffer than most rubberbands so when it does not fit flush with the handle, it can vibrate when the paddle hits a ball.
