Dude, all I can say is, I am very impressed. I added some weight on the paddle to increase sweet spot, and it performed better than those 300 dollar paddles I used before. My main paddle at the moment.
I truly love using Spitfire! As a beginner in pickleball, I've experimented with several paddles, but Spitfire stands out. It delivers effortless play and impressive power for its size. Additionally, it produces a crisp bouncing sound that indicates a well-designed surface. The paddle is lightweight, allowing me to move quickly and confidently on the court without feeling fatigued.
I forgot to mention that my husband bought Spitfire too! Even my brother in the Philippines bought Spitfire after hearing from me and he loves it! Now, my cousins are buying as well
After watching many YouTube videos on the best paddles for $100, the Spartus Spitfire was ranked as one of the best—and in some reviews, the absolute best! After having played with it, now I understand why.
Prior to purchasing the Spitfire, I was using the Vatic V-Sol Pro, which is also a very good paddle. However, the Spitfire has a little more pop and power than the Vatic without sacrificing control. My blocks, counters, speedups, drives, and overheads have all improved with the Spitfire.
I will be buying a couple more in the very near future. Well done, Spartus!
So, pickleball… interesting, to say the least.
As a prior high-enough level tennis player, and table tennis jockey, my initial 3rd person perspectives of this sport was hugely apart from my understanding of this “game” today!
I’ve gone through the newby toils, and subsequent reality checks. 1st, the Basic paddle, then modest step-ups based on last-years discount cycles, etc.
At each phase, I invariably bumped in to the next level player who bestowed upon me their higher-level skill set and ability to “play this game”.
Through my commitment to the concept of not “buying my talent”, I stayed away from pricey top-tier paddles, so far :-)
This Spitfire is a week old and I had 5 sessions worth of companionship with it.
The paddle felt initially “better than I am”… so I quickly made myself begin drills instead of just playing points and “trying to figure it out”.
I can see, feel, and hear the culmination of newfound skill mating with the right tool for the job. At fall 2026 pricing levels, this Spitfire pickleball paddle surely has to play well against anyone with any paddle.
I can deliver bonafide quality shots from here to there, and everywhere in btwn.
I can perceive that this paddle is not the end all be all - no paddle is - but I’ve realized that this new paddle is a genuine tool for the job. The value proposition has to be 9.99/10.00 for sure.
I’ll probably buy one more and finish this year out as for skills improvement and just utilize the two Spitfire paddles until my “feels” become so tangible, that it becomes necessary to seek a more specific paddle for this or that - you know…
I really love the Spitfire power. I don’t need to swing as hard and focus on shot placement and shaping the ball. It has slightly more dwell time than other power paddles. It’s my go to paddle now.
I also own a Boomstick. I bought this paddle out of curiosity. For the pice, you just cant beat it. It plays just as well as my boomstick without the expensive price tag. Spin is there. Speed is there. Control is there! Only advantage Boomstick have is slightly faster.
I regularly play with the Honolulu J6CR, which costs around 180. I bought this as a backup/test paddle and ended up shocked by how close it plays.
Spin: Top-tier rpm; rolls and cuts have heavy shape.
Power: 90%power my of J6CR and explosive baseline depth and punch volleys that rival paddles twice its cost.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting flagship performance on a budget.
is everything everyone is talking about, the hype is real...this paddle is so fun, great all over the court, from baseline to the kitchen, and that spin is fire !!!
love my new Spitfire,
The paddle is excellent. It has great weight, power, and grip. I come from a tennis background and it’s perfect for my 2 handed backhand. I had my friends try it out and they agree as well. I am a beginner in pickleball but I think this paddle works for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
I have been using Ronbus paddle for 6 years, hesitated to change paddle, but decided to try Spitfire. I'm glad on my decision. Spitfire is great paddle. Love the feel of the paddle when I swing the paddle. I added some led weight on the 3 and 9 o'clock gave me added swing weight stability. I'm in love with Spitfire.
This paddle plays great out of the box. Didn’t need to break it in whatsoever. Don’t even think twice about it, the hype is real.
It seems like a good paddle. However, I lack the experience to properly evaluate it, as it is my first one.
Plenty of power while maintaining spin and control. First elongated paddle I’ve used after only using wide body. Added a few grams on the sides.
This pickleball paddle is an absolute game-changer! It offers the perfect balance of explosive power and pinpoint control. When driving the ball deep, it delivers a satisfying, effortless pop. Yet, the moment the game slows down, the touch is exceptional for dropping perfect dinks into the kitchen. It feels great in the hand with a generous sweet spot. If you want to elevate your game, this is definitely the paddle to get!
I’ve really enjoyed playing with the Spitfire Elongated Pickleball Paddle. It has an excellent balance of control and power, giving me confidence when placing shots while still having plenty of pop when I need it. The elongated shape provides great reach and helps generate solid power from the baseline. It’s also very comfortable to play with, even during longer sessions, with a feel that makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, it’s a great paddle for players looking for a combination of control, power, reach, and comfort.
